3. Payment & Refunds

NO REFUNDS POLICY

  • We offer 7 FREE questions to try the service before subscribing
  • No refunds on paid subscriptions (monthly or annual)
  • You may cancel anytime – no future charges
  • Current subscription period remains active until expiry
  • No prorated refunds for partial months

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Access continues until end of paid period
  • Automatic downgrade to FREE plan after expiry

11. Language of Interpretation & Translation

11.1. English Precedence: These Terms of Service are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.

11.2. User Responsibility: By utilizing the service, the User represents that they have a sufficient understanding of the English language or have utilized a reliable translation service to fully comprehend these terms prior to acceptance.

11.3. Waiver of Ignorance: The User expressly waives any right to claim that these Terms are unenforceable or void due to a lack of proficiency in English.

ASTRO COMPASS: GLOBAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Version 2.0 – Global Deployment

1. THE CELESTIAL NON-RELIANCE DOCTRINE

1.1. Algorithmic Interpretations: Astro Compass provides data generated via complex AI-synthesis of multiple historical and traditional astrological systems. You acknowledge that these outputs are mathematical probabilities and not factual assertions.

1.2. For Entertainment & Reflective Purposes Only: To the maximum extent permitted by global jurisdiction, all insights are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection. The Website expressly disclaims any responsibility for the "accuracy" of predictions.

1.3. The Agency Clause: The User retains 100% personal agency. You agree that any life, financial, or medical decisions made following a session are your sole responsibility. The Website is not an "advisor" but a "data synthesizer."

2. SERVICE TIERS & SUBSCRIPTION ARCHITECTURE

2.1. The Tiered Model: The Website offers three distinct tiers of access:

  • FREE PLAN: Limited query access and core systems only.
  • FAMILY PLAN: Expanded query limits and multi-chart capabilities.
  • VIP PLAN: Priority processing and access to the complete 16-system analytical suite.

2.2. Dynamic Pricing: Fees for the aforementioned plans vary by geographical region and are displayed within the App's interface. All fees are subject to change without prior notice at the Website's sole discretion.

2.3. The "Pre-Consumption" Waiver: By initiating any query, you acknowledge that you have utilized the Free Tier as an opportunity to inspect the quality of the service and have found it satisfactory for your purposes.

3. THE IRREVOCABLE REFUND & CHARGEBACK SHIELD

3.1. Immediate Consumption of Digital Goods: Under international digital trade laws, the service is deemed "fully consumed" the moment a question is submitted.

3.2. No-Refund Policy: All transactions are final. No refunds, partial or otherwise, shall be granted for any subscription period, regardless of usage levels.

3.3. Chargeback Indemnity: Any attempt to initiate a credit card chargeback for a "consumed" digital service shall be viewed as a Material Breach of these Terms. The User agrees to indemnify the Website for all administrative fees and legal costs incurred in defending such chargebacks.

4. THE "UNFAIR" LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. The Liability Ceiling: To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website's Total Aggregate Liability for any claim—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—is capped at the equivalent of one (1) month's subscription fee paid by the User.

4.2. Exclusion of Consequential Damages: The Website shall not be held liable for any "incidental," "punitive," or "consequential" damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or perceived bad luck.

4.3. AI Hallucination Defense: You acknowledge that AI systems may produce "hallucinations" or conflicting data. You waive any right to sue based on the logical inconsistency or mathematical variance of the astrological interpretations.

5. GLOBAL DISPUTE REPRESSION (JURISDICTIONAL FORTRESS)

5.1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

5.2. The Hyderabad Seat: All domestic disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

5.3. Compulsory International Arbitration: For all users residing outside of India, any dispute shall be resolved via Binding Arbitration under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad.

5.4. Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All claims must be brought individually and resolved through arbitration.

6. THE "USER-PAYS" LITIGATION DETERRENT

6.1. Fee-Shifting: If a User initiates any legal action against the Website and fails to obtain a judgment in their favor, the User is contractually obligated to reimburse the Website for all its attorney fees, expert witness fees, and court costs.

6.2. Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold the Website harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use or "misuse" of the astrological data provided.
