ASTRO COMPASS: GLOBAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. The "Pre-Purchase Inspection" Doctrine

Mandatory Trial

Astro Compass provides an initial 7 FREE questions to all users as a mandatory "Pre-Purchase Inspection" period.

Quality Verification

This period allows you to evaluate the quality of AI-powered predictions and the functionality of the core astrological systems before any financial commitment.

Acknowledgment of Fitness

By initiating a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have tested the service during the free period and found it fit for your intended purposes.

🚫 2. No Refunds Policy

Finality of Sale

To the maximum extent permitted by global digital trade laws, all paid subscriptions are 🚫 final and non-refundable.

Waiver of Withdrawal

The service is deemed "consumed" the moment a query is submitted using a paid credit; therefore, no prorated refunds shall be issued for partial usage, change of mind, or early cancellation within a billing period.

3. Cancellation & Access Rights

At-Will Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in the Astro Compass application.

Access Continuity

Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, even after you initiate cancellation. No further renewal charges will be attempted after the current cycle ends.

Automated Downgrade

After the paid period expires, your account automatically reverts to the FREE Plan, while retaining historical data records as governed by the Privacy & Data Sovereignty Policy.

4. Payment Gateway Accountability

Third-Party Processing

All financial transactions for Astro Compass are processed exclusively through Razorpay or its authorized partners.

Gateway Liability

Astro Compass is not liable for errors, technical failures, or service interruptions caused by the payment gateway, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate Charges: Instances where the gateway processes a single transaction multiple times.
  • Failed Cancellations: Delays in the gateway's processing of a cancellation request.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent use of payment credentials via the gateway's interface.

Direct Dispute Resolution

In the event of a suspected gateway error, you agree to first pursue a resolution directly with Razorpay and/or your issuing bank using the transaction records provided.

5. Discretionary Exceptions

Astro Compass reserves the exclusive, discretionary right to review refund requests only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Systemic Failure: Verified technical issues preventing service use for more than 48 continuous hours after you have contacted support and attempted reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges reported within 48 hours of the event, supported by valid bank or gateway statements.

Submission Timeline: All such claims must be submitted to management@astro-compass.guru within 7 days of the relevant transaction, together with a valid Transaction ID and supporting documentation.

6. Grace Periods & Fraud

Failed Payments

In the event of a declined or failed renewal transaction, a 3-day grace period is provided before an automated downgrade of the subscription to the FREE tier. During this grace period, you may update your payment method to restore full access.

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to circumvent payment protocols, exploit chargeback mechanisms in bad faith, or engage in fraudulent behavior may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated data and access rights.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Global Refund & Cancellation Policy.
