About the Service
How does 5-system consensus work?
We analyze your question using 5 different astrological systems "simultaneously": Vedic (Sidereal zodiac, Dasha), KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati), Western (Tropical zodiac), Chinese (Elements, animal signs), Mayan (Tzolk'in calendar). When multiple systems agree, the insight is highlighted as "strong consensus." When they disagree, we explain the different perspectives.
What if systems disagree?
Disagreements are valuable! They show timing differences, approach differences, and perspective differences. We present all viewpoints and help you decide based on your situation.
Clarity, career & life decisions
I am at a crossroads—can Astro Compass help me think it through?
Yes, in the sense of structured reflection. Astro Compass (Astro Consensus Compass) compares timing and themes across several classical systems so you can see where they agree or diverge on moves like career changes, relocation, relationships, education, caregiving, or personal goals. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and it does not replace licensed professionals. Use it alongside facts, experts, and your own judgment.
Can I use it for work, business, or partnerships?
You can ask well-scoped questions about launches, role changes, collaborations, or timing. VIP adds Advanced Compatibility with a “business” relationship type so you can compare charts for professional partners as well as personal ones. We never guarantee outcomes; combine insights with real-world due diligence, contracts, and advisors.
Family profiles & @mentions
How does family-based astrology work?
On FAMILY you can maintain up to eight people total (you plus up to seven saved family profiles). VIP allows unlimited household profiles. Each saved person can have birth date, time, and place so the AI can answer about their chart—career themes, relationship dynamics, health-related timing language, and more—in everyday language. FREE and BASIC may keep one extra profile for light exploration, but full family answers require FAMILY or VIP.
What does @mention do in the dashboard?
On FAMILY and VIP, type @ in the question box to tag a saved family member. On VIP you can also @mention Advanced Compatibility partners you have set up. The model then grounds its reply in both your chart and theirs when the question calls for it.
What are examples of family or household questions people ask?
Common stories "include": how to balance or support your own energy with a son’s or daughter’s chart over the school year or a big life change; how you and a fiancée, wife, or husband “line up” on marriage, living together, or major decisions (use household charts on FAMILY, and VIP Advanced Compatibility when you want deeper two-way or multi-person analysis); whether timing and themes look supportive for a shared goal such as buying a home or moving to your own place in roughly the next two years—framed as conversation starters, not guarantees; and similar themes for parents or siblings when you add their birth details. Write your question in your own words with dates and context. This is guidance for reflection—not legal, tax, medical, or pet medical advice.
VIP roadmap, palmistry & face reading
What is the VIP Weekly Family Roadmap?
VIP subscribers receive an auto-generated weekly household brief—key themes, timing cues, and suggested focus areas synthesized from your charts. It surfaces in the dashboard (including on Mondays) and can be refreshed for the current week. FAMILY unlocks all sixteen systems and eight charts but does not include this VIP roadmap feature.
How do palmistry and face reading work?
VIP members upload clear palm photos (full palm plus optional left/right shots where supported) and an optional face photo from Profile. Our vision-assisted pipeline produces palmistry- and face-reading-style narratives that complement chart-based guidance. Results are for personal reflection only—not medical, mental-health, or dermatological diagnosis.
Advanced Compatibility (VIP)
What is Advanced Compatibility?
VIP-only. Add up to twenty saved candidates with birth data, label each as romantic, matrimonial, business, or pet, then run multi-entity comparisons from the Compatibility page or by @mentioning them in chat. Reports summarize alignment, tension points, growth windows, and—when the pet type is selected—animal-care timing and multi-pet harmony themes where the model supports it.
Can Astro Compass help with pets?
VIP users can record pets as compatibility candidates with the “pet” relationship type to explore bonding, routine, and wellness-oriented timing ideas inspired by chart symbolism. This is educational and reflective—not veterinary advice. Always follow your veterinarian for medical decisions.
Five core systems vs all sixteen
What is the difference between the five core systems and all sixteen?
FREE and BASIC always run the five core engines together—Vedic, KP, Western, Chinese, and Mayan—for consensus answers. FAMILY and VIP unlock the full sixteen-modality stack (including numerology, BaZi, Tarot-style prompts, Prashna / horary layers, and other extended tools surfaced in the product) so household and power users can deepen an answer when the question warrants it.
Referrals & influencers
How do referrals and influencer commissions work?
From the sidebar you can create a personal referral or influencer code, copy multilingual share blurbs, and track performance. Commissions accrue when invited users subscribe to BASIC, FAMILY, or VIP; thresholds and rates are displayed in-app. Keep the email on your profile accurate—operations use it for payout coordination.

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Cancel from your account settings anytime. Your access continues until the end of your paid period, then automatically downgrades to FREE plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We provide 7 FREE questions to test the service first. Once you subscribe, all payments are final. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Account & Security
How secure is my birth data?
Very "secure": 256-bit SSL encryption, secure database, no data sharing with third parties, regular automated backups, password-free OTP login.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Access continues until expiry date, then auto-downgrades to FREE plan. If you have remaining free questions (out of 7), you can use them. If 0 questions left, you'll see upgrade prompt.
Can I change my birth details later?
Yes! Go to Profile → Edit Birth Details. "Note": This will regenerate your chart, so use it only if you made an error.
Using the Service
How accurate are the predictions?
Accuracy depends on birth detail precision, question clarity, and system consensus. We show probabilities, not guarantees. Always combine with your own judgment.
What types of questions can I ask?
Great "Questions": "Should I accept this job offer in March?", "Best time to buy property this year?", "Will this relationship last long-term?" "Avoid": Lottery numbers, exam answers, yes/no without context, questions about others without their birth details.
Can I ask about family members?
FAMILY or VIP Plan required. Add up to 8 family member charts, ask about their career, health, relationships, compatibility analysis. FREE and BASIC get a teaser with upgrade suggestion.
International & Languages
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes—major languages across the globe, not only Indian languages. In Profile you can pick from options used "worldwide": for example Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Afrikaans, plus English and many South Asian languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Urdu, and more). The AI answers in the language you select. "Note": the newest FAQ feature sections on this page are also available in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil; if your profile language is something else, those sections stay in English for now—the rest of the app UI still follows your language choice.
I'm outside India. Can I use this?
Yes! We support 70+ countries. Automatic timezone detection, country-specific formatting.
Technical Issues
I'm not receiving OTP
Check: correct country code and phone number, wait 2 minutes, check spam/blocked messages, try resending, contact support if still failing.
App is slow or not loading
Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R), try incognito mode, check internet connection, try different browser (Chrome recommended).
I was charged twice!

Data & Privacy
Do you sell my data?
Never. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Can I export my chat history?
Yes (FAMILY/VIP plans only). Go to Profile → Download Data.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
India: Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets). "International": coming soon.
When will I be charged?
First "charge": immediately upon subscription. "Recurring": same date each month (auto-renewal). Email receipt sent after each payment.
